KammBars

The high-tensile alloyed steel construction of Rhino’s KammBars makes it one of the strongest roof bar systems on the market. Available for a range of commercial vehicles, their stylish and practical design means KammBars enhance both the appearance and storage capabilities of any van. Bespoke fitments for every van come as standard, and a range of additional compatible accessories including a full width rear roller are also available.

KammBars are not only strong, but are extremely safe. Most are 20g tested (except for a very few taller leg options for most tailgate vans which are 10g).

PIPE TUBE

The first complete redesign of Rhino’s hugely popular Pipe Tube since its launch in 2005, the Pipe Tube Pro is Europe’s new leading system for securely and safely transporting copper pipe, plastic conduit and other lengthy materials. The new stylish design features an optional full length PVC lining, an upgraded integral locking system and an added rubber seal to reduce water entering the tube. In addition, the Pipe Tube Pro retains all the features that made it the product of choice for professional van users, such as a market leading carry capacity, twin openings and full professional crash testing and safety accreditation. 

SAFESTOW

The SafeStow4 provides you with safe, secure and effortless ladder storage and handling. SafeStow4 is available in several variants, one of which will fit perfectly into your working day.

MODULAR RACK

The Modular Rack is a van roof storage system that provides quick and easy installation using two, three or four bolted together welded modular sections. The rack includes an aerofoil that significantly reduces overall wind noise and drag, as well as a full width roller system that aids loading and unloading.

REAR DOOR LADDER

The Rhino Aluminium Ladder combines strength and style, to provide one of the most aesthetically pleasing roof access products available for commercial vehicles. .
The Aluminium Ladder is available in 6, 7 and 8 rung configurations with bespoke fitting kits to suit a variety of popular commercial vehicles.

ALUMINIUM RACKS

Rhino’s Aluminium Rack represents the next generation of roof rack design. Thanks to the use of a highly robust aluminium alloy, the rack boasts excellent strength and carrying capacity. This system comes complete with a full width rear roller for easier loading and unloading items to and from the van roof.

KAMM BARS

Rhino’s Kamm Bar is Europe’s leading commercial vehicle roof bar system. Rated to a carry capacity of 75kg per bar, Kamm Bars increase the storage capability of any van considerably, while their contemporary design also adds to the aesthetics of modern commercial vehicles.

DEAD LOCKS

The L4V Deadlock is a mechanical deadlock operating independently from the manufacturers’ locking system. It is very similar to the L4V Hook Lock however this lock engages a ‘straight bolt’ (20mm-50mm) into its opposing body section. The L4V Deadlock is recommended for use on the vehicles cab doors. 

SLAM LOCKS

The L4V Slam lock is primarily designed for couriers, multi-drop delivery drivers and any operations where a driver may be regularly in and out of a loading area throughout the day. The L4V Slam lock safeguards against the driver forgetting to lock the doors. Once the door is shut it locks automatically and can only be opened using the L4V Slam lock key, reducing the chances of theft.

HOOK LOCKS

The L4V Hook Lock is a mechanical deadlock operating independently from the manufacturers’ locking system. A deadlocking hook bolt engages into its opposing body section. L4V recommend that the Hook Lock is fitted to both the side and rear door.

FLOOR VENTS

TURBO 3 ROOF VENTILATOR

Adequate ventilation is required when transporting food or animals. The Turbo 3 roof vent will keep air circulating inside your van removing any moisture that may be being produced. The Rhino Floor vent will keep air circulating inside your van removing any moisture that may be being produced. 

RHINO FLOOR VENTS

Floor ventilation is available in four sizes:
- FV100 – 100mm (h) Floor Vent
- FV150 – 150mm (h) Floor Vent
- FV250 – 250mm (h) Floor Vent
- FV350 – 350mm (h) Floor Vent
